Dr. Jerry Asks...
What to Expect

If you’ve ever gone to a social event where you didn’t know anyone, you know how uncomfortable that can make you feel. Our goal is to eliminate every shred of apprehension and make you feel at home.
Since wellness care involves a series of visits, with each one building on the ones before, it’s important that our relationship can go the distance. We’ve found that one of the best ways to have successful patient relationships is to explain everything in advance. No surprises!
Prior to Initial Visit
Complete all intake questionnaires. (This may take 1 hour and must be completed prior to arriving for your appointment)
Initial Visit
Dr. Duggar will meet with you and conduct a thorough consultation and health history to understand more about your condition. If he feels that you are a candidate for his care, he will then perform a physical examination. This may include several advanced in-office tests to further determine the nature of your condition. If additional tests need to be ordered through outside facilities, that will be scheduled for you on this visit. It is our policy to not render treatment on this day unless special circumstances warrant treatment.
Second and Third Visits
If Dr. Duggar feels that you would benefit from care in our office, he will accept your case on the second visit and begin treatment. It is important to get a gauge on how quickly your body will respond to treatment so the third visit is often scheduled within 1 or 2 days of the second visit.
Fourth Visit
Prior to your treatment this day, Dr. Duggar will carefully review his overall care plan with you and your spouse (if married). He will cover all questions regarding duration of care, treatment frequency and explain our payment options.
The more you understand who we are, what we do and why we do it, the better results you’ll enjoy. It’s as simple as that.
So, check us out here. Poke around. Get to know us. Then, contact us to make an appointment so we can get to know you.
- First Visit. To find out if we can help you, we ask questions and listen.
- Second Visit. We’ll report what we found and answer all your questions.
- Regular Visit. A typical visit will be much shorter, but just as important!
